Getting off to a great start

Having supported you through the purchase of your franchise, all new Franchise Partners complete a thorough onboarding process with our dedicated Implementation team. During this we will support you in developing the skills and knowledge you need to become a successful Franchise Partner.

You will be supported by a dedicated Business Partner, participate in national and local marketing campaigns covering National TV, Press, mailings and more, be provided a full IT and CRM system and ongoing innovation and investment across our product range, customer care support as well as access and sharing of best-practice across the whole network of fellow Franchise Partners.

Business Partner

Each franchise will be supported by a Business Partner. Working with you to implement your Business Plan, they provide Commercial and Financial support and train and share best-practice from across the franchise network. They will train you in the use of our Business Intelligence system helping you to focus your efforts in acquiring, retaining and growing your customer base, whilst delivering the highest standards of service.

Meetings and conferences

You will attend our Quarterly Regional Meeting with fellow Franchise Partners and attend our Annual Conference, where we share and develop our strategy for the year ahead. These create opportunities to network and share experiences and best practice.

Our Operations Group are elected representatives of the franchise network and help us define and implement our business model.

Our Strategy Group are drawn from our highest performing Franchise Partners and we consult them to shape and challenge our strategic thinking.
