Franchise Marketing Award WIN

So, what does an award-winning marketing campaign look like?  First and foremost, we identified our key objectives before launching our Franchising with a Real Difference campaign.  

We combined a variety of digital activities through owned media, such as; social media advertising, video interviews on our brand new website, where we also incorporated engaging, thought leadership style articles on the benefits of franchising with us.  In addition, we adopted a comprehensive strategy with paid media, such as; banner adverts, our YouTube advert and features in franchise related media.  

Our team also attended a number of franchise exhibitions in 2019 which generated many leads.  Following on from this, we launched our first Insight Day at our offices in Trowbridge, which was an ideal opportunity for potential franchisees to further understand how they could make a real difference by franchising with Wiltshire Farm Foods. 

Our campaign yielded some fantastic results:  

  • Overall website traffic has increased by 250%
  • 83% of attendees to our Insight Day remain engaged, with one having since bought a franchise
